The Chairman of the Ekiti State Local government commission, Mr Samuel Abejide has felicitated the State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji on the occasion of his third year in office.
Abejide in a statement particularly congratulated the governor on achieving so much within the short period of three years.
He said the governor had been able to redefine governance and prove to Ekiti People that voting him three years ago was worth it.

Mr Abejide highlighted the achievements of the governor especially at local government level to include prompt payment of salaries and arrears, offsetting backlog of gratuity and pension, and timely promotion of staff among others.
He called for continued support from Ekiti people, saying if the Governor could achieve so much in 3 years, Ekiti would witness more transformation in 8 years.
The chairman stressed the need for continuity in governance, adding that Governor Oyebanji is capable of leading Ekiti to the promised land.
Mr Abejide therefore congratulated the governor, his Deputy, Okinlua Monisade Afuye, wife of the governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji, and Exco members on the anniversary.
