The Chairman of Ado North Local Council Development Area, Hon. Olatokunbo Gbadamosi has celebrated with Muslims in the LCDA, handing out gifts on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, also known as the festival of sacrifice.
In a statement issued in Ado, Hon. Gbadamosi admonished the faithful to lay aside all forms of religious, ethnic and tribal sentiments, in the interest of unity, peace, progress and prosperity of the council area.
The Ado North LCDA Chairman further urged them to use the festival to offer prayers for the Governor of Ekiti state, Mr Biodun Oyebanji for a continuous Administration.
She enjoined Muslim to celebrate with moderation and also remember the less privileged as preached by prophet Muhammad.
Hon. Gbadamosi however, reiterated her administration’s commitment to providing good governance and support for the BAO administration as an extension to Ado North LCDA.
