The Chairman, Ekiti State Local Government Commission, Mr Samuel Abejide on behalf of the board members and staff has congratulated Pa Ezekiel Oyebanji on attaining the age of Ninety three.
In a statement, the chairman described the father of the governor as a symbol of unity and an elder statesman who has distinguished himself in all respects.
He said the nonagenarian is a man whose life reflects God’s abundant grace, faithfulness and blessings.
The chairman stated that, “My joy knows no bounds as we witness Pa Oyebanji, our father, elder statesman, administrator, and an Educationist, attain the milestone age of 93 on July 15.
“Baba Oyebanji deserves all the encomiums that will come his way on this occasion for his uncommon life of service and immense contributions to Ekiti.
“Pa Oyebanji has enduring legacies and footprints in education, as evidenced in his service as principal in Oloketuyi Memorial Grammar School, igbemo Ekiti.
Abejide prayed that the Almighty God will continue to bless the governor’s father with good health, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in his old age.”
