The 13th chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Ado Ekiti and District Society, Mrs Olukemi Oludare has assured members of her commitment to uphold the legacies of the Association and strive to make it better than she met it.
She gave the charge in her address after being sworn in in Ado Ekiti.
Mrs Oludare who performed the inauguration of other members of the Association, thanked members for the confidence reposed in her and choosing her to lead the Association.
She however called for the cooperation of members with a view to making her administration a success
Earlier the President of the Association, Mallam Haruna Yahaya charged the Executive Committee members to approach their work with Deep sense of duty and uphold virtues of Integrity.
Mallam Haruna represented by Alhaji Hammed Bakare performed the investiture of Mrs Oludare as the Chairman urging her to foster unity and capacity building.
The outgone ICAN Chairman, Mr Adeniyi Oyebade thanked the institute for their support during his tenure noting that it was a great honour serving them.
The Chairman of the occasion , Mr Oluwadiya Ajibade and Chairman Investiture Committee , Dr Adebayo Osesusi urged them to render service with integrity , Innovation and inclusion .
The guest Speaker at the event and Chairman Ekiti State Internal Revenue service centred his lecture on Exploring the New 2025 Tax Reform Laws.
Mrs Olukemi Oludare is a woman of deep a academic and professional substance who became a qualified Accountants in 2008 and was inducted as Associate member of ICAN in 2008.
