The Permanent Secretary, Ekiti State Local Government Service Commission, Mr. Rotimi Akomolede, has reflected on his life journey and thanked God for His protection.
Mr. Akomolede, who was joined by staff of the Commission at the headquarters in Ado-Ekiti to mark another birthday, urged them never to underestimate the efficacy of prayer.
The birthday celebration coincided with the Commission’s weekly prayer session.
The Permanent Secretary thanked the staff for their kind gestures, wishes, and prayers, and admonished them to cultivate the habit of prayer in both their personal lives and official duties.
He also encouraged the staff to take their work seriously and remain committed to service delivery.
Earlier during the prayer session, the Director of Works, Mr. Olorunshola, led staff members in prayers for the Permanent Secretary. 
They prayed for his good health, prosperity, and long life.
