The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State Chapel has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden death of its former Chairman, Comrade Bisi Oluwasona, who died on Thursday in Ado-Ekiti.
In a condolence message signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Chapel, Kelechi David and Adedayo Adeleye, the union described the deceased as a dedicated journalist, seasoned professional and committed unionist who served with humility and distinction.
The Chapel said his contributions to the growth of the union and journalism in Ekiti State would remain indelible.
It extended its condolences to his family, colleagues, friends and the entire BSES community, praying God to grant them the strength to bear the loss and grant the deceased eternal rest.
Until his death, Comrade Oluwasona was the Director of Quality Control at BSES.
